Hourly rate: $22.00 What You'll Do: As an intern, you will: As an intern, you will work under the guidance of senior developers to support federal IT delivery. Depending on your project assignment, you may gain experience in: - Backend Development: Assisting in coding and debugging services using Java (Spring, Hibernate, Struts) or .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) frameworks. - System Integration: Supporting the interoperability of complex enterprise systems using the MuleSoft platform and RESTful API design principles. - Data Management: Working within relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle to write queries and manage data integrity. - Frontend Engineering: Developing and maintaining user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI libraries such as PrimeFaces. - DevSecOps & Tooling: Utilizing Git for version control and navigating both Windows and Linux/UNIX environments to support deployment pipelines. - Agile Collaboration: Participating in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and requirements gathering within a cross-functional Agile team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. This position will serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use. Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management. Acts as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets and may or may not have system-wide implications.
