Senior Applications Engineer
Standard Bots
• Design robotic solutions for novel applications in collaboration with sales and customers • Own installations end-to-end, including travel to customer sites • Create technical enablement materials including sample code and white papers • Collaborate with in-house engineering to test and refine features • Contribute to marketing efforts by developing collateral for prospective customers
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience across electrical, software, and mechanical systems
- Proficient in DC power, NPN vs. PNP, Python scripting
- Familiar with CAD tools like SolidWorks
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing or industrial automation environments
- Understanding of production or assembly environments and cycle times
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
