Cybercrime is rising, reaching record highs in 2024. According to the FBI's IC3 report total losses exceeded $16 billion. With investment fraud and BEC scams at the forefront, the message is clear: the real estate sector remains a lucrative target for cybercriminals. At CertifID, we take this threat seriously and provide a secure platform that verifies the identities of parties involved in transactions, authenticates wire transfer instructions, and detects potential fraud attempts. Our technology is designed to mitigate risks and ensure that every transaction is conducted with confidence and peace of mind. We know we couldn’t take on this challenge without our incredible team. We have been recognized as one of the Best Startups to Work for in Austin, made the Inc. 5000 list, and won Best Culture by Purpose Jobs two years in a row. We are guided by our core values and our vision of a world without wire fraud. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to meaningful impact and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing security and fighting fraud. CertifID is on a mission to end wire fraud. As we scale our GTM organization, we're looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This role is a key hire that will own the day-to-day engine that keeps our GTM teams informed, equipped, and ready. You'll support our Sales (AEs, BDRs), Customer Success (CSMs, AMs), and Partner (PAMs) teams by keeping enablement content fresh, organized, and accessible — and by helping bring training programs to life. This is a role for someone who loves systems, takes pride in clean and current content, and knows how to coordinate across teams without dropping the ball. AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have here — it's core to how you'll work. We expect this person to actively use AI tools to move faster, produce better content, and continuously find smarter ways to do the job. What You'll Do - Content Management & Organization - Own the enablement content library — keep all assets (e.g. talk tracks, KB articles, battlecards, and training materials) accurate, up-to-date, and easy to find - Conduct regular content audits and work with subject matter experts to refresh outdated materials - Maintain version control and tagging so reps can self-serve the right content at the right time - Support the creation of new enablement assets, including onboarding guides, one-pagers, and process documentation - Training & Facilitation - Coordinate and support the delivery of training sessions, onboarding programs, and GTM readiness activities - Help facilitate live and virtual training sessions for Sales, CS, and Partner teams - Assist with logistics and content prep for larger enablement events (feature launches, quarterly product launches) - Track training completion and engagement, flagging gaps to the VP of Enablement - Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with Sales, CS, Partners, Marketing, and Product to gather inputs and ensure content reflects current messaging, product updates, and GTM priorities - Serve as a reliable connector between teams — capturing what reps need and translating it into enablement action - Support product launch readiness by coordinating content updates and training materials across teams - AI-Powered Execution - Actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a daily part of your workflow to draft content, summarize inputs, build training materials, and improve efficiency - Continuously look for opportunities to apply AI to streamline enablement processes and scale output Who You Are - Organized by nature — you notice when things are out of date, inconsistent, or hard to find, and you fix it - A strong communicator — clear in writing, comfortable facilitating, and good at working across different teams and personalities - Proactive and self-directed — you don't wait to be told something needs attention; you flag it and move - AI-forward — you're genuinely enthusiastic about using AI tools to do your job better and faster - Curious about GTM — you want to understand how sales and CS teams work so you can build things that actually help them - Calm under competing priorities — you can manage multiple asks at once without losing track of what matters most What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 0–2 years of experience in enablement, sales support, learning & development, content management, or a related GTM-adjacent role - Strong writing skills — you can take complex information and make it clear and usable - Comfort with content management tools, Google Drive/Workspace, and learning platforms - Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow through - Familiarity with or genuine interest in SaaS sales environments - Experience using AI tools in a professional or project context is a strong plus Not sure if you check all the boxes? Apply anyway! We know that great talent comes in many forms, and we value potential just as much as experience. If you're excited about this role and believe you can grow into it, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for people who are eager to learn, adapt, and solve challenges—so if that sounds like you, don’t let a checklist hold you back! Change doesn't happen overnight, and the same goes for us here at CertifID. We evolve collectively and individually as we grow by leaning into the core values that define us. As we grow, we embody GRIT—collectively and individually—to raise the bar and influence outcomes in everything we do. Guard the Customer - Raise the Bar - Influence Outcomes - Teamwork Wins We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
