• Own the quality and reliability of commercial data across portfolio companies. • Build CRM processes that support opportunity management, accurate forecasting, and clean reporting. • Maintain standardized definitions for pipeline stages, bookings, quotas, and revenue metrics across Business Units. • Design CRM workflows that improve selling efficiency while ensuring disciplined data capture and reducing administrative friction for sales teams. • Support integration between sales and accounting systems (CRM–ERP alignment). • Own reporting visibility across the full revenue lifecycle, from lead generation through opportunity, booking, contract, backlog, and MRR recognition. • Identify funnel bottlenecks and report commercial performance to Business Units and HQ.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record implementing CRM workflows and data standards
- Experience managing or contributing to CRM implementation or data migration projects
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Experience working across the full revenue funnel
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot required)
- Ability to operate across multi-entity environments with varying levels of commercial maturity
- Spanish fluency required
- European B2B SaaS market experience required.

As we scale our GTM organization, we're looking for an Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This role is a key hire that will own the day-to-day engine that keeps our GTM teams informed, equipped, and ready. You'll support our Sales (AEs, BDRs), Customer Success (CSMs, AMs), and Partner (PAMs) teams by keeping enablement content fresh, organized, and accessible — and by helping bring training programs to life. This is a role for someone who loves systems, takes pride in clean and current content, and knows how to coordinate across teams without dropping the ball. AI fluency isn't a nice-to-have here — it's core to how you'll work. We expect this person to actively use AI tools to move faster, produce better content, and continuously find smarter ways to do the job. Customer Success Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between customer-facing strategy and operational execution. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role connecting Customer Success, Support, and Implementation with Revenue Operations and broader go-to-market teams. This person will spend their first six months embedded within the Customer Success team, learning the customer journey, lifecycle touchpoints, and day-to-day workflows. After this period, they will transition into the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, where they will serve as the operational partner to post-sale teams by designing scalable systems, improving processes, and delivering clear insights that help drive retention and expansion.
