Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and data skills, including top notch SQL skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong business sense and the ability to work through complex and ambiguous business requirements
- Self-starter - an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with visualization using Superset, Tableau or similar BI tools
- Prior experience with payments, crypto, or both is highly desired.

Systems Analysts will support the VA environment by monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic healthcare data transactions between VA systems, clearinghouses, and provider networks. Responsibilities include reviewing system logs, investigating failed transactions or batch processing issues, analyzing backend data flows, and identifying root causes for system integration issues. The Systems Analyst will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and operational teams to resolve technical issues and ensure reliable healthcare data exchange.
