The intern will help modernize and automate our HR data infrastructure. This is not a traditional HR internship. The selected candidate will work directly with the SVP of Human Resources to build the foundational analytics and reporting systems that support executive decision-making, workforce planning, and organizational strategy. The primary focus of this internship is to transform raw HR and recruiting data into clean, structured datasets and executive-ready dashboards using modern analytics and AI tools.
