Role Description Harmonia Holdings is seeking a skilled Application Programmer / Java Developer to support a federal government client in a dynamic, agile development environment. This role is responsible for participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including: - Requirements analysis - Design - Development - Testing - Deployment - Maintenance of enterprise applications The Application Programmer will develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and modern web technologies while working in a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment. Responsibilities include: - Conducting software analysis, programming, debugging, implementing unit tests, remediating SonarQube findings, and developing technical documentation. - Periodically assisting with Help Desk troubleshooting and resolution of end-user issues.
