Senior Medical Product Manager

Fullscript

About Fullscript We’re an industry-leading health technology company on a mission to help people get better. We started in 2011 with one simple idea. Make it easier for practitioners to access the products they trust so they can deliver better care. That simple idea grew into a platform that powers every part of care. Today, more than 125,000 practitioners use Fullscript for clinical insights, lab interpretations, patient analytics, education, and access to high-quality supplements. Over 10 million patients rely on Fullscript to stay connected to their care plans and follow through on treatment. We build tools that make care smarter and more human. Tools that save time, simplify decisions, and help practitioners stay closely connected to the people they care for. When everything they need is in one place, they can focus on what matters most: helping people get better. This is your invitation. Bring your ideas, your grit, and your care for people. Join us and shape the future of care. The Team: The Medical Innovation team sits within the Product org and plays a critical role at the intersection of clinical science, technology, and patient experience. This group works cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams to turn medical insights into real-world tools that extend care beyond the visit. Their work spans everything from bringing clinical voice and rigor into the product development process, to designing and validating AI/ML tools for real-world use, to leading strategic initiatives that make care more connected, personalized, and effective. The Role: We’re hiring a Senior Medical Product Manager to help support strategy and execution across Fullscript’s medical innovation portfolio. This includes building new experiences that improve how care is delivered, make practitioner workflows more efficient, and support patients in following through on treatment plans. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams( ML, data science, engineering, product). You’ll work cross-functionally to bring clinically grounded, technically sound, and patient-centered features to life. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we use AI/ML and data to enhance clinical decisions and long-term health outcomes: ensuring everything we build is grounded in trust, integrity, and real-world impact. What You’ll Do: - Support strategy and delivery for high-impact product initiatives focused on improving care delivery and patient outcomes. - Translate practitioner needs into scalable product opportunities, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data. - Apply technical fluency in backend systems, ML, and data architecture to inform product decisions and system design. - Support the development and validation of AI/ML models, helping ensure medical accuracy, safety, and utility. - Help evolve our clinical data infrastructure to support research, personalization, and feature development. - Serve as a trusted voice in strategic product conversations: bringing clinical context, clear judgment, and a focus on outcomes. - Collaborate with Clinical Research, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our features are both credible and clearly communicated. What You Bring: - A clinical background through a graduate degree (MD, ND, NP, DO, PharmD, RD, DC) with 5+ years patient care experience. - 5+ years in a clinical advisory/support role in software, digital health, or healthtech, such as experience working on AI/ML products, or direct software product management experience. - Strong technical literacy: comfortable working with data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers. - Experience bridging medical topics with confidence to non-medical colleagues, and the ability to represent the clinician perspective in product and strategy conversations. - Experience in high-growth or startup environments where speed, ambiguity, and ownership are the norm. - Strong cross-functional leadership, clear communication, and excellent judgment. - A builder’s mindset: you can work autonomously, create clarity in ambiguity, and ship meaningful outcomes fast. What we can offer you: - Generous PTO and competitive pay. - Fullscript’s RRSP match program for financial health. - Flexible benefits package and workplace wellness program. - Training budget and company-wide learning initiatives. - Discount on Fullscript catalog of products. $125,000 - $140,000 a year Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscript’s total rewards package. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region. Why Fullscript Great work happens when people feel supported, trusted, and inspired. At Fullscript, we stay curious and keep finding smarter ways to make care better. We grow together, take on new challenges, and focus on impact. We put people first, work as a team, and leave egos at the door.
