• Define, lead and execute Asurion’s AEO strategy—how our knowledge powers answers across LLM ecosystems • Build a new experimentation discipline to understand how LLMs retrieve, interpret, and prioritize content • Define and lead hands-on, creative experiments to uncover what drives inclusion, authority, and impact in AI-generated answers, partnering closely with marketing • Translate learnings into scalable playbooks, product requirements, and content strategies • Shape how Asurion’s knowledge graph and content systems evolve to support LLM consumption (via strong cross-functional influence) • Define how Asurion becomes a foundational input into AI platforms through structured data, integrations, and partnerships • Lead the strategy for AI-native experiences (e.g., GPT-based apps) that enable direct interaction within LLM ecosystems • Establish success metrics and attribution models for this new channel, connecting AEO efforts to traffic, engagement, and conversion

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of ambiguous, zero-to-one problem spaces
  • Strong technical understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems (RAG, embeddings), prompting, and evaluation methods
  • Hands-on builder who enjoys running scrappy experiments and learning quickly in undefined spaces
  • Deeply curious about how generative systems work—and motivated to influence and shape them
  • Strong background in experimentation, growth, or acquisition, with the ability to define new measurement frameworks
  • Experience with SEO, content platforms, or knowledge systems, with intuition for how structure and authority drive discovery
  • Comfortable influencing across teams (AI, engineering, content, growth) without direct ownership

The Role The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the digital shopping experience across Green Thumb Industries (GTI) digital platforms across web, mobile app and kiosk. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and help shape GTI’s digital roadmap to drive innovation, engagement, and growth.
