A day in the life: - The Creative Account Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our Creative team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between Creative Team members, other members of the Project Management team, and the client. This role will report directly to the Managing Director, Enterprise Operations & PMO, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering creative digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. They will become part of a high-performing team that gets projects completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment. Working closely with clients and account teams, this role will manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects and multi-disciplinary teams to meet our client’s strategic and tactical marketing objectives. As a key member of the account team, this role will be proactive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your projects moving forward on-time without compromising quality. They will keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and overcoming all of the inevitable challenges along the way. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional team members via web-based project management software (Asana) - Lead internal and external status meetings effectively; capture, store and distribute meeting notes - Evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items - Maintain currency of all deliverable trackers and ensure up-to-date status of all creative deliverables - Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders - Communicate deliverable timelines to clients, and maintain close communication with the client on feedback timelines to ensure on-time delivery - Coordinate with internal Creative Project Managers to ensure clear understanding of where all client deliverables are at in the process - Own organization of provided client assets within Power’s organization structure - Provide support with internal communications, triaging and filtering requests from Account Managers - Provide support with final QA of creative assets to ensure client requirements are delivered upon for all deliverables - Provide support to the creative team on RFP and appraisal requests - Coordinate with other Project Managers within Power Digital as necessary to support multi-channel clients - providing updates on deliverable timelines, managing dependencies across teams, and ensuring clear alignment in all areas of client support. - Conduct risk management and escalate internally within the account team to proactively mitigate issues - Identify areas for improvement with internal and external processes along with possible solutions Role Requirements: - At least five (5) years of experience leading projects within an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment - 3 years of digital marketing agency experience - Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms (Asana highly preferred) - Subject matter familiarity with digital creative environments a plus (e.g. design/editing figma/adobe) - CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred - Bachelor’s degree required - Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation - Ability to direct teams effectively in task prioritization and execution as well as facilitation of multiple projects simultaneously within a high-pressure environment - Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills with tenacity to solve internal and client problems quickly - Process driven, highly organized and methodical with excellent time management skills, strong business ethics, and political awareness - An enthusiastic and committed attitude, flexible problem-solver, open to participate and promote change within the organization - Self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - On-budget delivery: Complete scoped projects at or under scoped budget/hours - On-time delivery: Projects/deliverables completed and delivered on-time 95%+ - Conduct at least two (2) Team Satisfaction Surveys annually for each managed account Most Important Things (MITs) - Ensuring on-time delivery of all supported digital marketing projects and deliverables - Establishing operational and project management best practices on supported accounts - Maintaining ongoing communication between the client and account team regarding the status of all projects and deliverables Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team’s backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
