Job Requirements

  • Знання принципів функціонування систем ERP

Role Description We are seeking a Solutions Support Engineer (L5) with expertise in Java and platform tooling. In this role, you will collaborate directly with engineers to understand how platform behaviors surface in development and delivery workflows. You will investigate issues end to end, form and validate technical hypotheses, and provide clear, actionable guidance that helps engineers move forward efficiently. Because you engage with a wide range of teams and problem domains, you will gain a unique perspective on how our platform operates at scale. This enables you to identify recurring patterns and collaborate with partner teams (such as Java Platform, GenAI Platform, CI/CD & Resilience, and others) to drive improvements that strengthen the developer experience and platform reliability.
