• Define KPIs and 'North Star' metrics to track engagement across internal channels including email, Slack, and Intranet. • Design and QA event schemas and tagging for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor internal campaign performance. • Build automated, executive-ready dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to showcase impact to leadership. • Analyze complex audience data by geography, department, and device to uncover deep engagement patterns. • Conduct A/B testing on content timing and channel mix, developing attribution models to measure specific employee actions. • Maintain high standards of data quality by managing UTM standards, event taxonomies, and metadata. • Provide ad-hoc deep dives and data storytelling to guide executive decision-making.
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital, marketing, or product analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 implementation and analysis
- Expert-level experience with Looker Studio or Tableau for sophisticated data modeling and visualization
- Strong ability to write complex SQL queries
- Deep understanding of UTM standards and analytics accuracy protocols
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience working in Agile teams within 100% remote environments.
- Fluent in English for daily professional communication.
