• Lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium sized services based partners and co-develop strategies to exceed shared sales targets. • Drive business strategy and go-to-market growth by working directly with business owners and key function leads within partner businesses. • Influence decision-makers by building trust to secure buy-in for key HubSpot programs and initiatives that drive mutual success. • Co-create and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market presence, and deepen customer impact. • Champion HubSpot’s Customer Platform by driving enablement, co-marketing, joint selling, and more. • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering), collaborating with senior stakeholders to share insights, provide feedback, and drive innovation. • Be a partner advocate and internal ambassador, ensuring the voice of the partner is heard at every level.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partner development, channel sales or business development, ideally within a tech environment
- 3+ years experience working with technology platforms, with strong technical proficiency
- Experience in consulting or as a business owner is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
- Experience owning or contributing to partner-sourced pipeline targets, across both net new and existing customers
- Ability to engage partners to generate pipeline and support deal execution
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities

Role Description Infosys is seeking an Associate Practice Client Partner for its Microsoft Practice. The Associate Practice Engagement Manager (APEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Associate Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Practice Client Partner) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.
