Programmatic Ad Ops Specialist

• The Programmatic Ad Ops Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and performance of programmatic within their book of business, working hand in hand with the lead Strategist on their accounts. • They are actively involved in supporting trafficking, reporting, optimizations, and execution of programmatic deliverables. • Manage the monthly upkeep and logistical support of the Testing Roadmap for structured account experimentation.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in an ad operations role at an ad tech company, agency, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience using ad tech tools and platforms, including ad servers (CM360), DSPs (Trade Desk, Adelphic, DV360), ad verification tools, and ad trafficking systems.
  • Understanding of campaigns across various programmatic channels, including mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV, DOOH, and audio.
  • General knowledge in data analysis and the ability to set up reports, interpret campaign performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and recommend data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in the use of technology and workflow tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail in setting up, monitoring, and managing programmatic campaigns.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
