• Own and drive end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and onboarding support • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward effectively • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach channels • Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance, using data to inform decisions and improve results • Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens to evaluate capabilities, communication, motivation, and alignment • Deliver a seamless candidate experience through clear communication, strong process management, and timely follow-up • Draft, refine, and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality talent • Build proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth • Support employer brand efforts and contribute to broader talent and people-related initiatives • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support hiring goals and business priorities • Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting operations, streamline workflows, and raise the bar on hiring quality
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a demonstrated record of successful hires
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels
- Ability to run hiring processes end-to-end with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Data-driven mindset, with comfort tracking metrics, monitoring pipeline health, and using insights to improve outcomes
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates through direct outreach
- Ability to balance multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting workflows.

Role Description The Corporate Recruiter partners with hiring managers to anticipate and meet BluSky's evolving needs, delivering the best talent for the organization. The Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing manager relationships. Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Principal Duties & Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage top talent through job postings, networking, and proactive outreach. - Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements and BluSky's culture. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and track progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Employer Branding: Represent BluSky professionally in all candidate interactions and promote our values and culture. - Offer Management: Partner with HR and hiring managers to prepare and extend competitive job offers. - Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws. - Metrics & Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies. - Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the recruiting process and implement best practices. Qualifications - 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in the restoration industry is a plus). - Exhibited success in recruiting, including creative sourcing, networking, identifying, and evaluating candidates & facilitating decisions in partnership with hiring managers. - Strong computer skills in: Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as ATS and/or HRIS systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently yet able to initiate interaction when in need of support. - Must be organized, accurate, and detail oriented. - Must be closely aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values. Education - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or 3 to 5 years of applicable experience.
