• Design Strategy: Translate complex technical requirements (Identity Governance, AI Policies) into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of 4-6 Product Designers, fostering a culture of critique and creativity. • Process Excellence: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design QA. • Design System: Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency and speed of execution across the platform. • User Research: Champion user research practices - conducting or overseeing usability testing and translating insights into design decisions. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure design feasibility and business alignment. • Hiring: Actively participate in recruiting top design talent to scale the team.
• Design workflows of product features used by franchise owners, managers, and team members • Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders • Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by participating in user research and data analysis • Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing • Write product copy • Contribute to the design components system
• Own design for a set of core product areas used by franchise owners, managers, and team members • Partner with Designers, PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders • Help in discovery and breaking down of problems by leading user research and tracking data • Help in solutioning and validation through prototypes and usability testing • Write product copy • Help develop and maintain the design components system • Help with setting up new design processes, initiatives, and mentoring other designers
• Design and create engaging, responsive websites and landing pages • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs • Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and functionality • Optimize designs for maximum speed and scalability • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers • Work with cross-functional partners to define experience strategy, roadmaps • Create user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs • Design refined, intuitive, and effective user interfaces
