Business Manager Intern

OKOIOS

• Conduct outreach to clients and clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for further engagement. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system. • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business pitches. • Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback to sales and marketing teams. • Support the Business Manager in identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans for business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Fluent in German; additional languages are a plus.
