Role Description - Conduct outreach to clients and clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients. - Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. - Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for further engagement. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client engagements and business pitches. - Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide feedback to sales and marketing teams. - Support the Business Manager in identifying market trends, researching competitors, and developing strategic plans for business growth. Qualifications - Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is a plus. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. - Resilience: A positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and adapt to feedback. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. - Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Languages: Fluent in German, any other language is a plus.
