• Planning, executing, and overseeing tailored SEO strategies for luxury hotel clients—from on-site and off-site optimizations to regular performance reviews and strategic adjustments aligned with business goals • Conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, link, local SEO) and identifying growth opportunities • Managing and optimizing website content in collaboration with copywriters, as well as planning and executing link-building strategies • Monitoring SEO performance through tools and data analysis to improve visibility for key terms • Communicating directly with clients—providing updates, presenting results, and supporting ongoing SEO initiatives • Coordinating with internal teams (Web Development, Support, Paid Campaigns, Sales) on SEO-related tasks and website migrations • Contributing to internal process improvements and exploring new digital marketing and AI-driven opportunities relevant to the hospitality industry

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years in SEO or a similar role, including hands-on SEO strategy, audits, and client communication
  • Previous experience in digital marketing agencies or media houses with direct client communication
  • Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Senuto, Surfer SEO, and other SEO tools
  • Good grasp of technical SEO and how HTML/CSS work (coding skills not required)
  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and at least B2 level English
  • Solid knowledge and experience in link-building techniques
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills; ability to work independently
