Senior Capital Markets Analyst

• Support the end-to-end execution of warehouse lines, term debt, ABS/securitizations, forward flow, and other structured funding (as applicable to our platform). • Build and maintain funding models (borrowing base, advance rates, credit enhancement, triggers/covenants, cash flow waterfalls, sensitivity scenarios). • Produce lender/investor materials: offering decks, data tapes, portfolio stratifications, performance reporting, and due diligence responses. • Maintain ongoing reporting requirements for warehouse lines, including recurring lender reporting packages, borrowing base and eligibility tracking, covenant and trigger monitoring, and coordination of periodic deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate diligence with internal teams (credit, finance, legal, operations, data) and external parties (banks, funds, counsel, auditors, trustees, and rating agencies as applicable). • Track and analyze portfolio performance and market conditions; help shape pricing, leverage, and structure decisions. • Help manage ongoing relationships with financing partners by answering requests, delivering reporting, and supporting renewals and upsizes. • Improve tools and processes (templates, repeatable reporting packages, automation, data quality checks).

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in one or more of: capital markets/structured credit at a fintech lender; investment banking (FIG/structured products), DCM, or leveraged finance; a credit fund/asset manager focused on consumer or small business credit; or corporate finance at a startup that raised debt/structured facilities.
  • Strong modeling skills in Excel and comfort working with large datasets; experience with cash flow analysis, covenant math, and borrowing base calculations is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear materials for external stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.
  • Bonus: exposure to ABS, warehouse facilities, forward flow, rating agency process, trustee reporting, or loan-level data tapes.
