You'll produce blog posts, YouTube tutorials, explainer videos, and other content that helps developers understand Stedi's APIs and related healthcare billing workflows. • Mine customer knowledge. You'll use AI tools to extract common questions from support tickets, sales calls, and customer conversations. You’ll turn those questions into guides, demos, and other content. • Represent Stedi publicly. You'll be a public-facing voice for Stedi's developer community, appearing on video and representing the product in online spaces. • Measure your impact. You'll track what's working using metrics and adjust your approach.
