• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals across multiple systems and releases. • Establish testing frameworks, processes, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on automation and continuous improvement. • Drive adoption of modern testing tools such as Playwright or comparable frameworks; oversee test automation within CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure quality across applications, including API, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Recruit, mentor, and develop QA professionals; foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and technical growth. • Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. • Identify quality risks early, communicate effectively with leadership, and provide clear metrics on product quality and release readiness.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience building or scaling QA functions in a product or systems-focused environment
  • Strong background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
  • Experience testing applications built on the .NET Framework
  • Solid understanding of integration testing, and system-level validation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in or with GovTech is preferred
