Community & Creator Programs Lead
Firecrawl
• Manage and grow our community of super fans, open source maintainers, and power users. • Build and maintain close relationships with 5–10 larger influencers and creators. • Own the self-serve affiliate program end to end: onboarding, tracking, payouts. • Identify Firestarters who could become Ambassadors and Ambassadors who drive affiliate revenue.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in community, DevRel, or creator partnerships
- Experience with creator, influencer, or developer communities. You've worked directly with creators or community members before — ideally in a developer or technical context.
- High agency and clear communication. You don't wait for permission or perfect instructions. You see what needs to happen and you do it.
- Comfortable using AI tools to multiply your output. You use tools like Claude, n8n, or whatever gets the job done to move faster than one person should be able to.
