• Lead the integration of security tools (such as Hypernative) across fortified wallets and Safes. • Build and maintain rigorous test suites for all critical paths. • Design and deploy a tiered monitoring system that surfaces high-signal alerts. • Own the operational pipelines and security automation stack. • Establish confidence metrics to quantify the reliability of each automation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on DeFi/Web3 operations.
- Direct experience operating DeFi vaults, multisigs (specifically **Safe/Gnosis Safe SDK**), or on-chain treasury systems.
- Hands-on experience with security integration tools such as Hypernative, Blockaid, Forta, or equivalent platforms.
- Proven track record of building, testing, and maintaining production-grade automation pipelines.
- Strong methodology in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of automated systems.
- Expertise with monitoring and alerting platforms (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty).
- Familiarity with the **ERC-4626** vault standard and tokenized vault mechanics.
- Multi-chain operational experience across Ethereum and Layer 2 environments.
- Experience with institutional custody platforms such as Fireblocks or BitGo.
- Ability to utilize AI tooling for rapid prototyping of internal tools.
