• Lead on-site troubleshooting and manage technical queries (RFIs) • Oversee project documentation, tendering processes, and the management of developers, contractors, and consultants • Manage defect and punch list processes, ensuring all work meets project requirements and Issued for Construction (IFC) standards • Act as the primary operational link between diverse site workstreams (including IT, AV, Security, and Safety) to ensure seamless project integration • Physically validate that all site safety and stakeholder requirements are met prior to client move-in • Lead site-level coordination meetings, ensuring all action items are closed out through meticulous micro-planning • Monitor trade-level progress to identify and mitigate potential risks before they impact the critical path • Manage the schedule for move-in activities during the final, critical phases of project delivery • Ensure accurate forecasting of work and effective allocation of resources to balance workload with site capacity
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction Management preferred
- Proven project management experience in Data Centre projects, greenfield construction, or industrial/warehouse fit-outs
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
