• Assist with creation and dissemination of project survey tools • Assist with creation, editing, formatting, and dissemination of project resources (digital and print) for ministry leaders • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for project gatherings, trainings, and speaking engagements • Draft and/or coordinate project content for NAE publications, website, emails, and social media accounts • Coordinate logistics for project webinars, podcasts, video, or other communication products, including guest scheduling and production support • Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement a public outreach and dissemination strategy for project outputs • Provide administrative and coordination support for advocacy efforts in collaboration with the NAE Government Relations team • Assist with collation and organization of deliverables into a project resource bank, including documentation to support future scaling • Support preparation for the September 21–23, 2026 Notre Dame Summit on AI, Faith, and Human Flourishing, including workshop logistics and materials • Assist with grant reporting, timelines, and deliverable tracking for project funders • Other responsibilities as assigned

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our home builder clients • Act as the primary point of contact, guiding homebuilders through website maintenance, upgrades, and strategic enhancements • Monitor and triage support requests with speed, professionalism, and a "problem-solved" mindset • Collaborate with internal team members to assess the scope and provide estimates for client-requested website changes or enhancements • Coordinate the implementation of website updates from the initial discovery and request through launch • Translate client dreams into actionable tasks for our design and development teams • Participate in the testing and quality assurance (QA) process • Manage and prioritize multiple clients and tasks effectively

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level implementation projects (client and internal) • Ensure alignment across projects in terms of scope, timelines, delivery standards, and business objectives • Maintain visibility over portfolio health, including progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes • Oversee execution of long-term CRM and enterprise platform implementation projects • Ensure projects follow structured delivery approaches and established methodologies • Validate planning, resource allocation, and execution consistency across projects • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders in enterprise environments • Manage expectations, communication, and alignment across clients, partners, and internal teams • Identify risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies early across the portfolio • Drive mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution • Ensure consistency with delivery standards, governance practices, and implementation frameworks • Collaborate with Delivery Assurance and architecture teams to validate delivery approaches • Drive improvements in delivery practices based on portfolio insights • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project execution approaches

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally • Make outbound calls to clients, internal teams, and departments • Coordinate and schedule field events, including arranging appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners as needed • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client relationships • Accurately enter and manage data in relevant systems • Prepare and obtain necessary work authorizations and documentation • Organize files and perform other administrative tasks as required
