• Responsible for reading and modeling architectural, structural and building systems projects • Work within the BIM methodology using Autodesk software • Proficiency in Revit • Participate in selection processes that include pre-screening, online interview and in-person interview

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Overlay project models (architectural, structural, and installations/MEP) to identify interferences (geometric clashes) and technical inconsistencies • Clash Analysis (Clash Detection): Use digital tools to anticipate issues, such as piping intersecting beams or HVAC ducts conflicting with ceilings • Resolve identified interferences by proposing technical alternatives that respect both the functionality of building systems and architectural aesthetics • Reporting: Produce coordination/clash reports to communicate required corrections to designers
