Job Requirements
- A proven sales performer with 2–5 years’ experience (B2B, SaaS, tech, or similar)
- Proven experience winning, activating, and growing broker relationships to generate consistent home loan volume
- Confident with technology and highly adept with CRM, automation, and sales technology
- Curious, ambitious, and confident presenting to people
- A natural hunter — loves creating new relationships and closing opportunities
- Comfortable owning targets and managing a sales cycle end-to-end
- Highly organised with strong CRM discipline
- Motivated by uncapped earnings and making a tangible impact
