• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders in the APAC region, creating strategic plans that align with their business objectives to drive mutual success and growth. • Partner closely with new on-site Sales and Partner teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and regional ecosystem growth. • Stay abreast of all product updates and features, providing regional customers with insights on how to leverage our solutions to meet their unique local regulatory and business needs. • Conduct "one-to-many" sessions, including webinars and community content, to empower a diverse user base to maximize the value of Optro. • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling, while developing strategies to minimize churn and foster long-term loyalty. • Gather APAC-specific customer feedback and insights, advocating for these needs within the global organization to drive product improvements. • Proactively identify and address customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift and effective problem resolution across time zones.

• Steward Monorepo DX & Quality Tooling: In close alignment with core DX teammates and the Architecture team, steward the technical direction of our backend TypeScript monorepo, taking primary ownership of build orchestration, code quality tooling (linting, formatting, static analysis), and inner-loop tooling that supports both human and automated development. • Design and Build Platform Tooling: Create monorepo scaffolding, shared libraries, and code generation patterns that make it trivial for any contributor to keep backend services healthy and aligned with current standards. • Optimize the Test & Feedback Loop: Partner with quality assurance stakeholders to optimize how test suites run within our build graphs. Your focus will be on the execution efficiency of these loops (e.g., test sharding, build graph caching, and feedback speed) to keep developer wait-times low. • Support and Optimize Monorepo CI Pipelines: Collaborate with our dedicated CI engineering resources to ensure backend and monorepo execution pipelines are fast, deterministic, and deliver direct feedback back to developer environments. • Drive Repeatable and Safe Automation: Build tooling, CLI scripts, and configurations that can be safely executed repeatedly by either engineers or automated environments without introducing unintended side effects or configuration drift. • Partner Across Engineering: Collaborate closely with fellow developers, the Architecture team, and quality engineering stakeholders to support backend patterns, identify build/test friction, run developer surveys, and drive platform-wide tool adoption.

• Develop within SATL: Architect and build core workflows, hooks, and services within the Shared AI Tooling Layer (SATL) to integrate off-the-shelf LLMs deeply into our engineering environment. • Lead Technical Scouting & Prototyping: Continuously research, prototype, and evaluate rapid advancements in the AI developer-tooling space (e.g., new LLM APIs, agentic orchestration, context-management protocols, and IDE integrations). Strategically define which technologies are ready for platform-level adoption and which are distractions to be safely ignored. • Expand the SATL Platform: Design, scale, and maintain the shared foundation of SATL for distributing and managing AI tool configurations, establishing a highly reliable, performant framework for shared rules, skills, lifecycle hooks, and MCP configurations across developer environments. • Build Safe Execution Environments: Create the runtime guardrails, permission scoping, and execution sandbox patterns required for safe, programmatic codebase modifications. • Architect Platform Observability: Build telemetry systems that track automated tooling interactions, token consumption, and execution paths, providing visibility into programmatic contributions. • Track Tooling Utility: Establish the infrastructure to measure the quality and impact of automated contributions (e.g., analyzing automated PR success rates) to shape our platform roadmap. • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with platform, security, and developer infrastructure stakeholders to align automation guardrails, security baselines, and developer-facing APIs across PED.

• Develop and deploy backend product features end-to-end using Python. • Design and implement high-quality, performant RESTful APIs/FastAPI. • Write efficient PostgreSQL queries, design schemas, and manage data integrity. • Package applications using Docker and ensure services are ready for deployment. • Work within Kubernetes environments to manage, scale, and monitor backend services. • Create clear technical documentation for API contracts and local development setups. • Provide guidance and code reviews for fellow engineers to maintain high standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs within a distributed container environment. • Partner with product managers to translate requirements into functional backend logic. • Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code following Python best practices.

• Partner with functional leads to help design and improve processes, workflows, and tools that support scalable operations and evolving user needs. • Document complex business processes, requirements, wireframes, and specifications. Uncover opportunities for improvement. • Develop and prepare insightful reporting and data insights for the Client Advisory Services team and leadership using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake. • Recognize the need to enhance essential operational and analytical dashboards, and define the requirements to enhance them as business needs evolve. • Consult with business stakeholders and data engineering counterparts to determine the best analytical approaches to drive actionable insights, including information gathering and the development of tools to measure success. • Help design and improve processes, workflows and manage post-sales tools that support scalable operations. • Support planning and quarterly business reviews with reliable and timely analysis. • Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and analytical frameworks as business needs evolve.

• Lead the enterprise data hub by managing the data warehouse and building reliable, optimised pipelines to ingest and transform data from systems across GTM, Product, Finance, and HR • Drive an enterprise-wide data governance strategy by partnering cross-functionally to align on KPIs, key data definitions and ensure quality, security, and compliance. • Prioritize and manage the data roadmap through sprint planning and balancing immediate stakeholder needs with scalable long-term architecture • Implement best practices for data modeling, testing, and documentation to maintain clean, scalable, and auditable transformations. • Deliver GTM-ready data by building trusted pipelines for metrics like pipeline health, bookings, churn, and customer lifetime value. • Develop and execute a data strategy that enables advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases across the business. • Lead and mentor a hub team of data and analytics engineers, setting priorities, CI/CD standards, and fostering a culture of reliability and innovation. • Stay ahead of industry trends in modern data stack tools, orchestration and AI-driven data transformation.

• Manage complex, nonstandard deals with multiple cross-functional partners • Provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management on deal structuring in a way that meets customers' requirements, sets them up for maximum success, and maximizes ARR • Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce including stage, probability, booking amount, and various other required fields • Partner with Finance and Legal teams to craft contractual language to ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and business operational policies • Drive consistency across deal process by helping to optimize, streamline, and align quote-to-cash processes • Owns day-to-day quote management and pricing approvals, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies • Serve as the main point of contact for our Sales team on all operational deal components • Monitor deal progress and support Sales with closing bookings • Support the organization with special projects as needed • Partner with the GTM Systems teams to facilitate process and system improvements, sales enablement and other special projects related to Quote to Cash (developing documentation / testing / policies, etc) • Establish metrics and processes to improve business visibility and consistency of practices across teams
