Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial planning skills.
  • Experience managing distributors, retailers, or strategic accounts is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and target-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and good English communication skills.

What You Will Do: - Manage a customer base of veterinary clinics, building omnichannel net sales, volume, market share and BRMO while improving product mix - Ensure excellent coverage and 6Ps execution, to grow net sales, drive volume, Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO) and market share - Promote and merchandise Hill's products and services.
