Technical Project Manager

• Owns the delivery timeline, stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource coordination • Runs the engagement cadence — daily standups, weekly status reports, milestone reviews • Track deliverables against the milestone schedule • Manage the pre-condition checklist for each phase • Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) • Produce the weekly status report for the customer project sponsor • Facilitate the bi-weekly steering committee meeting with customer leadership • Run daily standup with the offshore team • Manage on-site logistics — travel arrangements for the on-site Data Scientist • Ensure all deliverables meet the quality bar before customer delivery

Job Requirements

  • 6+ Yrs of Relevant experience as IT PM
  • Experience managing distributed teams across time zones (on-site + offshore)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with enterprise customer engagements
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus but not required

Responsible for establishing/building, tracking, maintaining and proactively fixing/improving relevant systems, process flows, dashboards, reports, end user instructions, training and adoption efforts, project communications, and the budget/forecast, to communicate and optimize project success. This position is remote. Compensation Sand Cherry Associates based in Denver, CO is required by state law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement, with a yearly salary range of $100,000 - $120,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
