Role Description This role is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the successful launch and successful adoption of several new tools to be used by a large set of cross-functional, technically minded employees. Qualifications - Minimum of 5-7 years of project and/or program management expertise. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience building project budgets/forecasts and KPIs, and analyzing processes to identify areas of optimization and improvement. - 2 - 5 years of experience with training delivery. - Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques. - Working knowledge of various software development methodologies, especially basic SDLC. - Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals. - Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, coupled with ability to individually contribute all duties and responsibilities outlined here. - Superior oral and written communication skills with ability to build project assets. - Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable facilitating large meetings and driving agendas. - Proven experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Visio, JQL, etc. - Ability to analyze multiple data sets to provide operational insights to leadership. - Intermediate data transformation with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or SQL. - Intermediate proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools. - Strong analytics and reporting skills. - Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems. - Ability to process information quickly and present it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives. Compensation Sand Cherry Associates based in Denver, CO is required by state law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement, with a yearly salary range of $100,000 - $120,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
