• The Director of Security & Infrastructure is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for maintaining a robust security posture and reliable infrastructure operations across Highway's technology platform. • This role owns the security of our application, AWS environment, and endpoints while ensuring the performance, scalability, and availability of our infrastructure. • You'll work closely with the VP of Engineering and senior engineering team to embed security into development practices and maintain operational excellence. • This is not a pure policy or compliance role - we need someone who can architect solutions, configure tools, and respond to incidents while also building frameworks and processes that scale with our growth.

• Responsible for managing logistical support efforts in collaboration with the Enterprise Customer Success Management team. • Support managing CSM email and Support ticket volume from enterprise clients. • Assist in the support and tracking of enterprise engagement campaigns through HubSpot. • Collaborate with partners from across the Highway organization, such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Science. • Manage shared Enterprise CS email inbox and ensure all service requests and questions are responded to quickly and accurately.

• Lead and manage multiple SaaS-related projects from initiation to completion • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS website and platform solutions • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders • Manage project resources efficiently
