About the Role As our Head of Creative, this role is for a visionary leader to lead the evolution and execution of our brand’s visual and storytelling identify across all customer touchpoints. This role is responsible for driving a cohesive creative strategy that reflects Lovesac’s brand values and positioning while creating emotionally resonant campaigns that grow brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. In this role, you will not only lead our creative vision, but you will transform our creative team into dynamic team of “creat-ors”; nimble, multidisciplinary storytellers who thrive across content, channels, and formats. You’ll also be responsible for defining the future ways of working, placing AI, automation and content innovation at the core of creative operations. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed. What You’ll Do Brand Strategy & Creative Vision Define and evolve Lovesac’s brand identity and creative expression across all platforms and formats. Translate business and marketing objectives into breakthrough creative concepts that elevate the brand, connect with consumers, and drive measurable results. Serve as the brand guardian—ensuring consistent voice, tone, and design across all customer-facing assets. Campaign & Content Development Lead concepting and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including seasonal launches, product storytelling, brand initiatives, and omnichannel promotions. Direct the creation of content for paid media, social media, retail displays, email, packaging, and website—balancing aesthetics with performance. Oversee art direction, copywriting, photography, video production, motion design, and UX creative needs. Team Leadership & Creative Culture Evolve the creative team from a traditional structure to a team of creators—agile, cross-functional content makers who ideate, produce, and execute with excellence. Build, lead and develop a team of designers, copywriters, art directors, producers, and content creators to deliver elevated and effective brand storytelling. Foster a culture of experimentation, originality, and speed, empowering the team to create high-impact content in-house and in real time. Champion and implement future-forward workflows—leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to scale content creation, streamline processes, and enhance creative output. Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and production partners. Customer-Centric & Data-Informed Design Champion customer insights and leverage data to guide creative decisions that resonate with our target audience. Understand and adapt creative for varying customer segments across owned and paid channels. Balance brand storytelling with conversion-oriented design in both digital and physical environments. Operational & Budget Oversight Own creative resourcing, timelines, workflows, and production budgets to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget deliverables. Implement scalable creative processes and systems that support a growing omnichannel business. Lead the integration of AI and automation into creative operations to improve efficiency, personalization, and content velocity. Proven track record of building and elevating premium lifestyle brands through storytelling, design, and content creation. Strong portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and executional excellence across digital, video, print, and in-store. Experience transforming creative organizations into fast-moving, content-rich teams of makers and storytellers. Demonstrated understanding of emerging creative technologies and AI-driven workflows in content and campaign development. Deep understanding of modern marketing channels including social, influencer, experiential, and performance marketing. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred Attributes: Experience in furniture, home goods, lifestyle, or other high-consideration consumer categories. Background in omnichannel retail, DTC, and digital product storytelling.
