Job Summary and Responsibilities As an IT Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, by understanding and translating requirements into functional specifications.Every day you will collaborate with stakeholders, meticulously gather and analyze business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and document specifications. You will also facilitate communication and support testing.To be successful, you will demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of both business and IT, to ensure successful technology project delivery. - Performs project discovery in partnership with service lines, IT COEs, and business stakeholders. - Develops initial budget estimates and resource requirements for solution implementation. - Works on one or more projects as a BSA with focus on eliciting business and functional requirements and documenting them in a business requirements document (BRD). - Facilitates requirements reviews with all impacted stakeholders including business functions, IT security, IT infrastructure, application support, compliance, legal, and contracting. - Transforms business needs into clearly defined requirements that can feasibly be tested and implemented in a solution. - Leads teams to ensure projects remain focused on the solution scope. • Support the analysis and development of AI-driven solutions across Finance and Supply Chain functions • Collaborate closely with Finance and Supply Chain business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases • Design and develop AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms such as Copilot Studio and n8n • Partner with AI business leads and IT AI champions to drive adoption of deployed AI solutions • Enable seamless integration of large language models (LLMs) with existing enterprise platforms • Build strong cross-functional relationships to effectively work with diverse teams across the organization

• Improve IT Service Delivery • Analyze current IT service management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and performance. • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation within existing workflows. • Develop recommendations that align with ITSM and industry best practices. • Document and Design Processes • Create clear documentation and visual representations of technical workflows. • Support ServiceNow Process Improvements • Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements for enterprise project and service management processes within ServiceNow. • Communicate with Leadership • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to gather requirements and validate process improvements. • Develop executive-level briefings and stakeholder updates. • Enable Adoption Through Training • Develop training materials and user guidance to support new processes. • Measure and Monitor Performance • Establish metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of IT service delivery processes.

What YOU will do:   - Performs system configuration and validation for both new and renewing clients . - Collaborates with business partners to gather and clarify requirements. - Reviews prior benefit plans and makes recommendations for new group implementations, such as system capabilities and regulatory requirements, benefit design recommendations and presents to new clients. - Configures benefits into our claims system and prepares corresponding end-user documentation for new group implementations, as needed. - Creates claim system benefit configuration revisions and prepare corresponding end-user documentation for renewing clients and implementation of off-cycle benefit changes. - Documents workflows, configuration decisions, and process updates. - Troubleshoots configuration issues and recommends solutions. - Reviews change requests for completeness and alignment with existing processes. - Provides Plan Configuration Analyst training/education and assists in developing training materials. - Communicates status updates and risks to senior analysts and Plan Configuration Manager. - Reviews and responds to applicable TechOps Support tickets and BPO claims queries as needed. - Manages the SSO tool for non-preferred PBMs. - Conducts peer-to-peer audit for claims system configuration. - In conjunction with Level III analyst, set up BlueCard requirements.  This includes, but is not limited to, negotiations with CHP (Consortium Health Plans) and processing of CBF (Capitated Billing Format) payments, PAR requests, and plan prefix setup. - Work with the Finance team to conduct EOB setup auditing, as needed. - Participates in code categorization decisions and leads review of annual compliance requirements related to preventative services. - Participates in various department and company-wide projects as needed.
