Position Summary The Ultra Commercial function is responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise in the management of contracts made with customers, vendors, partners, or employees. This role performs an important oversight function to ensure adherence to internal procedures on bid management and approval and acts as the conduit between the sales and technical teams and other group functions, including finance and legal. The ideal candidate will have the technical/professional knowledge to make independent judgements, based on practice and relevant previous experience to support decision making. Often seen as a referral point or more senior team member to escalate more complex problems. The role will require the preparation of routine and some complex contracts for the protection of company's contractual posture, satisfaction of government specifications and requirements, and adherence to company policy. The role will conduct negotiations and administration of contracts between the company/customers/subcontractors/vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and government regulations. The Role will require researching contractual terms and conditions and employing technical concepts. The role will act independently at times with necessary guidance.Job Description Responsibilities - Reviews and approves all contractual documents for protection of company's contractual posture, satisfaction of government specifications and requirements, and adherence to company policy. - Advises leadership of contractual rights and obligations and also provides interpretation of terms and conditions. - Prepare, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and relevant laws. - Lead the negotiation and execution of contract amendments or extensions when necessary. - Lead and manage contract life cycle, including kick-off and close activities - Monitor and enforce contract compliance throughout the contract's lifecycle, including tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository, including version control, renewal dates, and related documentation. - Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and propose mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests. - Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact contracts and ensure all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements. - Generate reports and provide contract-related data and insights to management and other stakeholders as needed. - Conduct training sessions or provide guidance to employees and team members on contract management best practices and compliance. The Opportunity Midi is hiring a Nurse Practitioner Manager (NPM) to directly manage a team of clinicians and run day-to-day execution within a defined clinician group. Clinical Oversight, Onboarding, & Support - Reinforce Midi’s scope of care, protocols, and documentation standards within your clinician group. - Monitor the team Slack channel (in partnership with the ANPM) and respond promptly to clinical and workflow questions. - Hold NP office hours to provide real-time clinical support, guidance, and troubleshooting. - Identify recurring clinical or operational themes and escalate them to the Senior NPM with clear context and proposed options. Quality, Reliability, & Continuous Improvement - Identify early performance gaps related to documentation, clinical variation, or operational reliability, and collaborate with the Senior NPM on appropriate interventions. - Clearly communicate what “good” looks like so expectations are explicit and consistent across the team. - Participate in case review, peer review, or quality initiatives as assigned, ensuring follow-up actions are implemented within your clinician group. Cross-Functional & Project Work - Assist with updates to clinical protocols and MidiU content. - Support rollout of workflow, protocol, or tooling changes and confirm understanding and adoption within your clinician group. - Participate in clinical education programming and initiatives as needed, ensuring your team is prepared to integrate new practices into daily clinical work.
