Automation Support Analyst – Mid-level
Capco
• Responsible for the technical support and maintenance of automations and bots in production • Performing failure analysis, fixes, adjustments, and improvements • Ensuring operational continuity of solutions developed in Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and Python • Analyze failures in robots and automations • Correct scripts and workflows • Adjust integrations • Resolve execution issues • Work on production incidents • Support the monitoring team (Level 1) • Perform technical troubleshooting • Adjust credentials, access permissions, and variables • Implement small improvements • Ensure the stability of automations • Provide second-level (L2) support • Support deployment and publishing • Validate technical logs • Operate under SLA
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (completed)
- Experience with automation or software development
- Experience with RPA platforms or scripting
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Experience providing production support
