Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or highly technical analytics roles
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including advanced CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and query optimization
  • Proven production experience with dbt, including Jinja, macros, and incremental models
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake
  • Experience designing layered data models (staging, intermediate, marts)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and reusable analytical architecture
  • Experience with version control using Git, including branching, pull requests, and rebasing
  • Ability to translate business questions into technical data requirements
  • Strong attention to documentation and data quality practices
  • Experience working with modern ELT pipelines and analytical workflows**

About the Role We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to manage key components of our website analytics ecosystem and support marketing performance measurement. This role will help ensure reliable tracking, reporting, and insights that inform improvements to the website experience and drive conversion among referring providers and prospective patients and families. This is an individual contributor role and a fully remote position. The Digital Analytics Manager owns the implementation and ongoing maintenance of analytics tracking and reporting across our website and application funnels. What You Need to Succeed in the Role - 5+ years of experience in web analytics with a focus on implementation and optimization strategy. - Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). - Experience with Mixpanel or similar event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap). - Experience working with privacy orchestration tools (e.g., Freshpaint, OursPrivacy) in regulated environments. - Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms, including analytics and testing capabilities. - Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Looker. - Experience querying event data in Snowflake or similar data warehouses. - Ability to translate complex analytics findings into clear insights for stakeholders. - Experience using analytics to support website optimization, lead generation, and conversion improvement. - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. - Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environments is a plus but not required. The expected annual salary for this role is between $116,000-129,000.
