Wastewater Treatment Sales Manager

Welldone Chemical

• Lead the commercial expansion of Welldone Chemical’s wastewater treatment chemical business across Mexico • Develop and execute strategic market entry and growth plans for the Mexican market • Build and manage a strong distributor and channel partner network across key industrial regions • Identify and secure new business opportunities with major industrial clients, mining companies, manufacturing plants, and municipal water treatment operators • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts while expanding the overall customer base • Achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable long-term growth in the region • Provide technical consultation and solution-based selling for wastewater treatment chemical applications • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within Mexico • Work closely with global technical, operations, and commercial teams to support customer solutions and product development

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in industrial chemical sales or water treatment chemicals
  • Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes and industrial chemical applications
  • Proven experience developing new markets, distributor networks, and strategic accounts
  • Established relationships within industries such as mining, manufacturing, industrial water treatment, or oil & gas
  • Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic business development skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Mexico
