Brechbuhler Scales, Inc.
• Manage and grow the Midwest territory • Support and develop relationships with dealer partners – salespeople, technicians and business owners. • Identify and pursue new prospects • Conduct customer visits and joint sales calls with distributors • Present product solutions and host training sessions • Assist with product selection, pricing, and application support • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the territory
Job Requirements
- Experience managing B2B sales in the Midwest
- Possess a background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Ability to understand pricing, margins, and customer needs
- Comfortable working independently from a home office
- Ability to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)
