Sales Manager

Minnovation International

• Take ownership of sales activities covering compactors (rollers), pavers, or milling machines in the responsible region. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. • Manage the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support. • Identify, develop, and manage dealer partners, especially for earth-moving equipment where distribution is agency-led. • Monitor dealer performance and provide support, training, and strategic direction as needed. • Lead direct sales initiatives for asphalt equipment and similar machinery where direct-to-customer models are used. • Maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and product positioning. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the construction equipment industry.
  • Solid experience with either dealer management, direct sales, or ideally both.
  • Familiarity with sales of road machinery such as rollers, pavers, or milling machines is a must.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
