• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for chemical products, including HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in coatings, painting, putty, tile adhesives, and mortar industries. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional revenue growth. • Monitor competitor activity to remain competitive and proactive in the market. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategies are aligned with broader business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Brazilian market.
- In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
