Payroll Analyst
VISTRA
• Payroll calculation, vacation pay and termination settlements using ERP systems; • Monitoring and submission of payroll-related statutory/ancillary obligations; • Administration/issuance of employee benefits; • Support for billing, payroll tax calculations and payroll tax compliance; assistance with external and internal audits; • Ensure that employee payroll issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Experience working in an accounting firm;
- Intermediate to advanced English is a plus;
- Strong knowledge of payroll management;
- Good understanding of Brazilian labor legislation;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Quick learner;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask;
- Experience with TOTVS Protheus.

About the role As a Corporate Development Associate, you will provide support for all stages of active and prospective reinsurance transactions and other capital solutions. This includes assisting with every phase of the process from inception to completion, and collaborating effectively with each business unit involved in the transaction.
