Lead Analyst

• Overseeing day‑to‑day execution of BenOps workstreams • Identifying operational risks, dependencies, and barriers • Triaging and resolving complex or high‑impact issues • Performing root‑cause analysis to address defects and rework • Driving process improvement and quality

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, benefits operations, PBM, healthcare, or a related analytical role required
  • Prior experience in a lead, SME, or senior analyst capacity strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
