• Conduza a estruturação da estratégia de qualidade dentro do seu time, considerando todos os aspectos da solução, desde a definição dos requisitos até o desenvolvimento do código • Elabore e execute cenários de teste com base em requisitos de negócio no formato de user stories, bem como a gestão de testes e conhecimento nas ferramentas utilizadas • Desenvolva testes automatizados de Webservices e UI (API, web e mobile) • Atue em todo o processo de desenvolvimento de produtos, desde a concepção até a entrada em produção e sua manutenção • Participe da concepção colaborativa de produtos • Participe das Chapters de Qualidade e Comunidades de Práticas, incentivando e promovendo a disseminação da cultura de qualidade para os colegas e times da nossa operação.
Job Requirements
- Atuação em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de software
- Criação de estratégias de testes em diferentes níveis (Unitário, Integrado, Sistemas, Aceitação) através de testes manuais e automatizados
- Criação e execução de testes automatizados (para Serviços/API, interfaces web, mobile) com execução em pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Testes em aplicativos móveis (device físicos e virtuais) e em aplicações financeiras
- Implementação de melhorias de processo, técnicas e ferramentas do time e da operação para aprimorar a qualidade
- Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e atuação em times, principalmente com Agile Testing
- Validações de requisitos não funcionais
- Validação das implantações no ambiente de produção
- Conhecimentos na linguagem Java/JavaScript
- Experiência com frameworks como TestNG e JUnit
- Conhecimentos nos frameworks Rest Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, BrowserStack
- Conhecimento em práticas e padrões de desenvolvimento de software.

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Materials Engineer to support our EO/IR seeker and precision munitions products and related technologies. If selected, you will be part of the Parts, Materials, and Processes (PMP) Team supporting a large production program in the Franchise Program Portfolio – a major piece of our Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions product line. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a materials and processes expert in a robust PMP program supporting a multi million-dollar franchise production program. - Collaborate closely with the customer, other government agencies, and cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, review, improve, and document PMP activities, and ensure compliance to contractual obligations. - Support periodic audits of suppliers’ facilities and processes. - Provide technical assessments to Material Review Boards (MRBs) to resolve non-conformances. - Skillfully present detailed technical information to internal and external customers with confidence. - Participate in RCCA and CAR/SCAR activities as needed. - Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. - Mentor more junior engineers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing culture. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline - Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in related industry (i.e. defense, electronics) or six years plus a Master’s Degree - Knowledge of mechanical fabrication techniques and processes - Knowledge/familiarity with special processes such as passivation, anodize, prime and paint, plating, and heat treatment - Experience with the design and manufacture of electronic circuit card assemblies - Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), Quality Management System (QMS), and MS Office software - Clear communication – both oral and written – and a positive attitude - Ability to work remotely as part of larger team Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Knowledge of common military and industry specifications and standards (MIL, ASTM, etc.) - Experience collaborating with and managing suppliers - Knowledge of and experience with raw materials and their governing specifications - Prior experience in Design Engineering role, especially on cooled and uncooled infrared optical systems - Prior experience in Quality or Supplier Quality organizations; familiarity with SAE AS9100 and AS9102.
