Job Requirements
- Have a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Bring 4+ years of experience leading software development projects.
- Have proven experience mentoring people and leading technical teams.
- Are comfortable managing customer relationships.
- Have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Robotics, Mobile, or Web Development.
- Love technology and enjoy staying close to the code and experimentation.
- Are fluent in English and feel at ease communicating in a fully English-speaking environment.

Role Description As the Information Services Manager for Enterprise Output Management (EOM) within Enterprise Capabilities, you will lead the teams and platforms responsible for delivering business‑critical customer communications across the organization. These communications span policies, statements, checks, notices, and other regulated content that directly represent our brand, compliance posture, and customer trust. This role blends people leadership, delivery execution, and platform stewardship. You will guide modernization efforts, ensure operational stability, and help the organization navigate competing priorities across a complex and highly interconnected landscape. Qualifications - Proven leader with a strong track record of building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams, including performance management and coaching. - Demonstrated ability to strategically prioritize and balance run, change, and transformation initiatives to deliver business value. - Skilled at building trust, alignment, and collaboration across diverse stakeholders and leadership levels. - Experienced in vendor and contract management, with strong oversight of financial and delivery considerations. - Familiarity and experience of enterprise customer communications in the financial services and their regulatory sensitivity. - Familiarity and experience with document composition, print, and electronic delivery ecosystems. - Technical experience across the modern technology stack, including Java, MuleSoft, and modern technical stack with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, API development, system integrations, and cloud-native design. - Experience or familiarity with Documerge, xPression, and Quadient is preferred to direct strategic decision framework. - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
