HR Coordinator

• Provide broad administrative and operational support to Human Resources, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition to enable efficient and effective recruiting and hiring processes. • Maintain the integrity of recruiting activity within the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), ensuring accurate job postings, candidate tracking, and workflow progression. • Support workforce insights by maintaining recruiting and onboarding data, preparing reports, and contributing to regular updates for leadership. • Coordinate and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for new hires. • Ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements, including accurate completion and maintenance of I-9 documentation. • Monitor onboarding progress and training completion, identifying gaps and following up as needed. • Execute employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, status changes, separations) in alignment with established processes and timelines. • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee and manager inquiries, providing timely support and escalating more complex matters appropriately. • Contribute to the execution of HR programs, communications, and initiatives that support operational consistency and employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding processes preferred
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR compliance requirements preferred

JOB SUMMARY The Director or Human Resources is responsible for supporting Dane Street’s goals by directing all people functions of the corporation in accordance with company policies and practices and applicable State and Federal regulations. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Relations - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Management Training - Review existing training programs to make modifications and enhancements.
