• Assist with maintaining and updating employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity • Support the new hire onboarding process, including coordination, documentation, and ensuring a positive employee experience • Support benefits administration processes, including enrollments, audits, and employee inquiries • Help generate HR reports and dashboards; assist with data analysis to support business decisions • Provide administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition activities (e.g., interview scheduling, background check screening and candidate tracking) • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements and documentation updates • Serve as a first point of contact for high-level employee inquiries, exercising sound judgment to interpret policies, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters appropriately • Support general HR operations and contribute to miscellaneous team projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university as a rising junior / senior
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in working with data and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Prior internship or coursework related to HR, business analytics, or operations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms or applicant tracking systems (ATS) (preferred)
