Senior User Acquisition Manager

• Testing new ideas and hypotheses to maximize results. • Refining and executing strategies for daily campaign optimization. • Monitoring creative trends and extracting new ideas from research. • Analyzing campaign performance hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly, and flagging key trends or anomalies. • Tracking and managing the Meta source. • Optimizing campaigns based on CPA and ROAS results. • Collaborating with team members on campaign execution and planning.

Job Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience with Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing budgets of $500k+ per month.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing terms.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience managing global campaigns, with strong knowledge of targeting options and audience management.
  • Ability to quickly identify, react to, and resolve issues within tight timeframes.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance reports and structure campaigns by region, age, gender, and audience segments.
  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CPC, and CPM.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta policies and guidelines relevant to the applicable industry.
