• The Director of Quality Assurance (QA) will lead the development and execution of quality strategies supporting clinical-stage and/or commercial products. • This role ensures compliance with global GxP regulations while operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven setting. • The Director will continue to build scalable quality systems, support regulatory submissions, and provide QA oversight across clinical development, manufacturing, and external partnerships.

• Review and assess recorded UX test sessions for audio, video, and content quality. • Verify that testers follow project instructions and complete assigned tasks. • Approve or reject videos based on established QA criteria, ensuring only high-quality sessions are delivered to clients. • Provide clear feedback to internal teams regarding recurring quality issues or tester performance trends. • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects. • Document and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA workflows and processes. • Other responsibilities as determined by the Operations Director and Support Lead.

• Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications. • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies to ensure software operates within defined requirements. • Identify and document defects, track and manage defects through to resolution, ensuring full traceability. • Perform functional and regression testing to validate that new changes do not affect existing functionality. • Collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality software on time. • Participate in design and code reviews, user story creation processes, and planning and coordination of release activities. • Continuously look for opportunities for automation and process improvements in the quality assurance process.

• Manual A/B Testing to audit variances between two or more websites/pages, and identifying and reporting any divergences between the two • Executing smoke, scripted, and exploratory test cases on mobile, web, and desktop platforms • Conducting functional, localization, regression, or payment testing to ensure software applications meet quality standards. • Reproducing issues found during testing • Documenting and reporting test results, including bugs and potential risks. Clearly communicating findings to the development team and stakeholders. • Configuring and preparing test environments per the provided instructions • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations • Designing and optimizing appropriate test data • Providing clear feedback about outdated, incomplete, or inefficient test cases • Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools
