Job Description

QA Video Reviewer

Userlytics

• Review and assess recorded UX test sessions for audio, video, and content quality. • Verify that testers follow project instructions and complete assigned tasks. • Approve or reject videos based on established QA criteria, ensuring only high-quality sessions are delivered to clients. • Provide clear feedback to internal teams regarding recurring quality issues or tester performance trends. • Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects. • Document and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA workflows and processes. • Other responsibilities as determined by the Operations Director and Support Lead.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a QA, content moderation, project coordination, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in audio/video quality and task execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with video review, annotation, or QA tools is a plus.
  • Native or bilingual English language skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Emotional resilience when working with repetitive content and tight deadlines.
  • Desirable character traits: proactive, detail-oriented, curious, flexible, and collaborative.
  • Familiarity with usability and user experience testing tools is a plus.
  • Interest in “startup/scaleup” environments (growth phase that demands extraordinary commitment and enables very fast professional growth).
